We offer you: As a systems developer with us, you'll be part of a team building tomorrow's financial systems for property companies. Work takes place in Microsoft development environments and covers the entire chain from frontend to database, and we use AI tools as a natural part of our daily work. We work with agile methods and a high degree of autonomy. Work is performed in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists. The products themselves have a long lifecycle and good planning horizons, which allows time for both personal professional development and creates conditions for you as an employee to use your energy wisely and maintain balance in your life. Who are you? We'd like to see that you have a few years of experience in systems development. It's desirable if you also have experience with the following technologies: C# / .NET HTML JavaScript SQL Server Azure DevOps Claude Code / GitHub Copilot As a person, you're quality-conscious and have strong analytical skills. You enjoy problem-solving and getting things done, while also thriving in collaboration with others. Other important qualities are that you're communicative and service-oriented, and that you always focus on the customer's best interests when making choices and priorities.
