What we offer you: As a systems developer with us, you'll be part of a team building the next generation of financial systems for property management companies. The work takes place in Microsoft's development environments and covers the entire chain from frontend to database. We use AI tools as a natural part of our daily work. We work with agile methodologies and a high degree of autonomy. The work is performed in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists. Our products have a long lifecycle and good planning horizons, which allows time for personal skill development and creates conditions for you as an employee to use your energy wisely and maintain balance in life. Who are you? We'd like to see that you have a few years of experience in systems development. It's desirable if you also have experience with the following technologies: C# / .NET HTML JavaScript SQL Server Azure DevOps Claude Code / GitHub Copilot As a person, you are quality-conscious and have strong analytical skills. You enjoy problem-solving and getting things done, and you also thrive working together with others. Other important qualities are that you communicate well and have a service-oriented mindset, always focusing on the customer's best interests when making decisions and prioritizations.
