About the Role
As a .NET developer at Agero, you work closely with both colleagues and the business. You're involved in developing solutions that work in real life and create genuine value, supported by the team around you.
The role suits you if you've worked with .NET and C# for a few years, have a solid foundation to build on, and want to continue growing with others.
You work in a team where dialogue, learning, and shared responsibility are central. Here, you're encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow.

We believe you have
5-10 years of experience developing in .NET and C#
experience with CI/CD and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
worked with solutions in Azure (e.g., Functions, App Service, API Management)
strong knowledge of databases (relational or document-based)
experience with APIs and distributed systems
experience with frontend development and modern frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue
preferably some Python experience or interest in learning it
interest in or experience with AI applications (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio)
ability to communicate in Swedish and English
