About the Role Do you want to combine planning and coordination with meaningful work close to young people? We are now seeking a coordinator for Fryshuset's Oslagbart program, combined with a position as a client coach within the Prison and Probation Service assignment. This is a full-time position where the majority of work consists of coordinating and planning Oslagbart. A smaller part of the position involves work as a client coach within the Prison and Probation Service assignment. Oslagbart works to strengthen young men's development by promoting self-awareness, authenticity, and positive role models. Through norm-critical methods, group activities, coaching, and dialogue processes, the program challenges destructive masculine norms and prevents violence. The work takes place in schools, youth centers, and other environments where young people gather. As a client coach within the Prison and Probation Service assignment, you will meet individuals placed within the Prison and Probation Service before, during, and after their sentence. You provide support, motivation, and guidance to create conditions for a life free from crime. Key Responsibilities As coordinator, you will: coordinate and develop the Oslagbart program plan, follow up on, and administer the project's activities be responsible for documentation, statistics, and follow-up contribute to budget monitoring, forecasts, and invoice management contribute to applications and reporting to funders coordinate meetings, planning, and internal communication collaborate with schools, municipalities, authorities, and other partners contribute to program development and dissemination of Oslagbart's work As client coach, you will: conduct individual support and motivation conversations visit clients within the Prison and Probation Service conduct follow-up meetings after release collaborate with authorities and other stakeholders document and follow up on interventions Travel is part of this position. Qualifications Requirements Relevant higher education or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience with project or program coordination. Experience with administrative work including planning, follow-up, and documentation. Experience with social work or other work with young people or people in vulnerable life situations. Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Good administrative skills and experience working with Microsoft 365. Valid driver's license (Category B). Meritorious Experience working in the non-profit sector Experience writing project applications and reports. Experience with budget work, statistics, and financial follow-up. Experience working within the Prison and Probation Service, the Youth Detention Service, or similar activities. Training in Motivational Interviewing or other conversation methods. Experience with norm-critical work, gender equality issues, or violence prevention work with young people.
