The store has approximately 115 employees and up to 60,000 visiting customers per week—one of the ICA stores with the highest customer traffic in the country! We're continuing our commitment to creating satisfied customers in Lund and are now seeking a dedicated Frozen Foods Manager for ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Clemenstorget in Lund! ❄️About the Position You are responsible for assortment, profitability, and ordering as well as daily operations. As manager, you ensure the store is clean and attractive for customers. Your tasks include purchasing, ordering, restocking, maintaining full shelves, running campaigns, and shelf displays. You will continuously work to develop the department to create an attractive and sales-driven frozen foods section. You actively work to reduce food waste. For this position, you're accustomed to working at a fast pace. You are driven, which is essential to lead the department and team in the right direction. We work with our team rotation, so you will also work in the dairy and produce departments. ❄️Your Qualities You are organized and efficient, a positive team player—important since we constantly work toward good cooperation between departments. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and involve employees. As a person, you are cheerful and positive and enjoy working with people. You ensure customers always leave the store satisfied! You work effectively and personally. You are confident and a good communicator. You are passionate about service and ready for new challenges. You have previous experience in grocery retail and want to take the next step in your career. ❄️Qualifications You have documented previous experience from ICA or another store. You handle AOB, Min Butik, or similar systems. You have experience with budget and profit responsibility as well as self-checks. You have good physical fitness and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. ❄️Employment Terms Full-time, every other weekend. Start as soon as possible. Salary by agreement. Early mornings, weekends, and evenings occur.
