Now we are looking for a Produce Manager who wants to help us continue developing our fresh goods department.
About the Position
As Produce Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the department with a focus on freshness, quality, and sales. You ensure that the department is always well-stocked, inspiring, and maintains the high standard that our customers expect.
You actively work with ordering, merchandise care, product presentation, and self-inspections, as well as monitor sales and work toward established budget goals. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you will have the opportunity to influence the department's development together with the rest of the store's team.
For the right person, there are great opportunities for further training and development within ICA.
We Are Looking for You
You have previous experience in a similar role within grocery retail and feel confident in taking responsibility for the daily operations of a produce department.
You have strong commercial drive and are motivated by creating a sales-focused, fresh, and inspiring department. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and proactive. You easily plan your work and enjoy working toward clear goals.
We would like you to have experience from ICA and feel comfortable working with AoB and Min Butik systems. Experience with self-inspections and good knowledge of quality and food safety handling are also important for the role.
