The role involves significant responsibility and daily guest contact. Scope: Part-time approximately 75% (opportunity for full-time) Working hours: Weekdays approximately 05:00–11:00 Weekends approximately 06:00–12:00 Work takes place on both weekdays and weekends. Start date: By agreement Salary: According to agreement Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast buffet Dishwashing, clearing, and organization in kitchen and dining area Basic food preparation Cleaning of buffet and common areas Light reception duties Qualifications Requirements: Good Swedish (spoken) Basic English Meritorious: Experience from restaurant, hotel, or service industry Personal qualities Self-directed and responsible Early morning person Service-oriented and social Comfortable working independently About the workplace We are a small, family-run hotel and restaurant with many returning guests.
