Restaurant Severins at Varbergs Kusthotell is seeking a morning-energized and dedicated breakfast service supervisor for our service team. Here you will become an important part of our continued commitment to creating a world-class breakfast experience. Every morning we welcome hotel guests to a breakfast where hospitality and well-prepared food are at the center. As breakfast supervisor, you will work closely with the daily operations in the restaurant and collaborate with the breakfast supervisor for the kitchen. You lead and distribute the work, ensure that service maintains a high standard, and create conditions for both guests and colleagues to get a great start to the day. You have operational responsibility for a large team and an important role in maintaining and developing the vision for our breakfast experience. About You Your greatest focus is ensuring guests have a really great start to the day. You are social, attentive, and enjoy being the person who holds operations together when the pace picks up. You like working closely with both guests and colleagues and have a natural ability to create structure, engagement, and joy of work around you. You lead by being present in the operations and enjoy working together with others to create a warm and professional experience for our guests.
