ABOUT THE ROLE: Sysarb is in its strongest growth phase yet, driven by the EU's Pay Transparency Directive and growing demand from 600+ customers in 60+ countries. Their platform is used by over 30,000 users annually to make decisions about transparent and equitable salaries. Now they're looking for a frontend developer who can code Vue and TypeScript – and who has moved beyond the old way of working and builds with agents, Claude Code, and AI-augmented workflows as a natural part of their toolkit. You'll join a tech team of 16 people: 5 frontend developers, 5 backend/full-stack, 1 backend, 2 QA, 2 DevOps, and 1 data scientist. They roll out new features in continuous releases and actively experiment with agent structures in the product. You'll be one of four frontend developers, but also one of those driving how the team leverages agentic coding to ship faster without compromising quality. This isn't a role where you receive tickets. It's a role for someone who has opinions about what's best for the end user – and shares them. Key responsibilities: Daily hands-on coding in Vue and TypeScript – building and releasing new features in continuous versions Work closely with design and product to iterate on the design system and ensure a scalable user experience Help shape Sysarb's AI strategy – how can the platform become smarter and more agent-driven? Integrate AI-driven insights and visualizations into the user interface Actively participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions in an engaged team WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF: You have a clear coding history in frontend (Vue, React, TypeScript) and can show that you understand the craft deeply – component architecture, state management, performance, accessibility You've actively shifted toward agentic coding and use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as your primary development environment – not as a supplement but as a way of working You have a genuine eye for UI and UX. You enjoy when an interaction feels right, and get frustrated when it doesn't You're comfortable with iterative, agile delivery at high pace – you prefer to ship, measure, and iterate over over-specifying Bonus if you have: Built your own tools or agents to accelerate your own work Experience with design systems at component level Worked with complex B2B SaaS products We're not looking for someone who's "senior" on paper. We value mindset over years. What we're looking for is someone who thinks from first principles – who doesn't choose tools or solutions because they're comfortable and familiar, but based on which problem actually needs solving.
