Assignment Description
In this role, your primary task will be to adapt and migrate existing digital products, services, and components to the new modern web platform. You'll work in an agile team (Scrum/Kanban) with a strong focus on open source technology and close collaboration with UX and product owners to deliver new features with high quality.
Your main responsibilities:
Platform Migration: Adapt, package, and migrate existing digital services and components to the new Next.js-based platform.
Feature Development: Develop and implement new frontend functionality based on established UX and product requirements.
AI Integration: Apply modern AI technology, generative AI, and AI agents in frontend and product development.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the development, automation, and maintenance of a comprehensive test strategy (unit tests, integration tests, and E2E tests).
Architecture & Collaboration: Contribute to a unified, sustainable, and component-based architecture, and share your knowledge to inspire the team.
Mandatory Requirements
Modern JS Stack: At least 3 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
Framework Expertise: At least 2 years of experience with, and very strong knowledge of, Next.js.
Platform Experience: Participated in at least one project involving the development of a frontend platform.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Solid experience designing, automating, and maintaining a comprehensive test strategy including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
AI Competency: Very strong knowledge of modern AI technology (including generative AI and AI agents) and practical experience applying these in product development.
Architecture: Very strong knowledge of component-based architecture.
Desirable Requirements
Micro Frontends and React Server Components.
Experience working in monorepo environments (e.g., Lerna or NX) and tools such as OpenTelemetry.
Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and at least 1 year of experience with GitHub Actions.
At least 1 year of experience with agile development methodology.
More extensive experience than the base requirements (e.g., >3 years with React/TS/Node or >2 years with Next.js).
