Today, Henriksdalskolan is an F-6 school under development that operates in completely new facilities near the Räng area in Höllviken. Before each new school year, a cohort of new 6-year-olds begins in preschool class, and the operations will be a fully developed F-9 school by 2028. At the school start in August, we will be an F-7 school with approximately 265 students. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a leisure pedagogue in the after-school program at Henriksdalskolan, you will be an important part of a committed and competent team where we together create a safe, inspiring, and developmental everyday life for our students. Here you get to help shape an operation where student learning, creativity, safety, and well-being are at the center. Together with your colleagues, you plan, carry out, follow up, and develop the after-school program's education and pedagogical activities. You will have great scope to contribute your ideas, creativity, and pedagogical dedication. The position also includes teaching art for students in grades 5-7 as well as collaboration during school hours. At Henriksdalskolan, we have three leisure activities: a section for F1, one for grades 2-3, and a leisure club for students in grades 4-6. During the afternoons, you will primarily work with our younger students at F1 leisure, where you get the opportunity to create meaningful activities, build good relationships, and awaken students' curiosity. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained and qualified as a leisure pedagogue/after-school teacher with a focus on Art and who is passionate about creating a safe, creative, and inspiring learning environment for our students. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and enjoy putting them into varied and meaningful pedagogical activities. As a person, you are clear, responsible, and engaged. You have a calm and conscious approach and see the value of building good and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a present pedagogue who sees each student's possibilities and has high, positive expectations for their development. You find it easy to create engagement and curiosity and enjoy inspiring students to learn both during school hours and in the after-school program. With your creativity and pedagogical drive, you contribute to students' development, self-expression, and joy in their learning. Employment form: Permanent employment.
