What we are looking for: Do you want to help create a safe, meaningful, and inspiring afterschool experience for our students? We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-building teacher/educator for our afterschool program who wants to help develop our afterschool activities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about physical activity, language development, community, and learning, and who wants to contribute energy, structure, and pedagogical drive. Your role You will lead the afterschool program's activities together with colleagues and create meaningful activities that stimulate students' development, collaboration, and joy of movement. The role also includes helping develop the program and contributing to good cooperation with colleagues, students, and guardians. We are looking for someone who is a certified afterschool educator or has other pedagogical education and experience. You are a clear leader with a strong ability to build relationships and create a safe and inclusive environment. You have genuine commitment to student development and enjoy a role where you can combine pedagogy, physical activity, and social learning. We would like for you to be flexible, solution-focused, and work well collaboratively. Experience working in afterschool programs is a plus.
