HAG Högbergsskolans Adapted Upper Secondary School
HAG is an operation with 21 students studying subjects or subject areas. We have three national programs and one individual program.
We work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective treatment with the basic philosophy according to Prof Ross Green "Children behave well if they can" if they have the prerequisites for it. So that the school day becomes comprehensible and predictable for our students.
You will work in a team together with educators, student assistants and our student support team.

You will guide and support students in an adapted upper secondary school with schoolwork and during leisure time.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions.
