Ref: 20261629 Responsibilities As a leisure activities instructor, you will plan and conduct activities during after-school hours together with your colleagues, with the aim of stimulating and challenging students' development and learning. Through your work, you contribute to offering students meaningful leisure time, promoting diverse social connections, community, and strengthening group relationships. You will work actively based on our core values and equal treatment, focusing on and considering each student's circumstances and needs. You will be part of our team for grades 4-6 during after-school hours and serve as a resource in a grade 5 classroom. You will work to create a sense of safety for students during school and after-school time. One day per week, you will be responsible for recess activities for middle school students. Qualifications You have a leisure activities instructor education or another pedagogical education that is considered equivalent. Experience working as a leisure activities instructor and working with students with ADHD/ASD is a merit. As a person, you have the ability to contribute to the pedagogical work at the after-school facility with the aim of stimulating and challenging students' development and learning. You work based on students' needs and circumstances and design activities within the framework of the operation's objectives. For you, it is self-evident to offer students meaningful leisure time and promote diverse social connections, community, and strengthen group relationships. Furthermore, you actively work for the operation's core values and equal treatment. About the Workplace Glasbruksskolan is a preschool through grade 6 school in Limhamn with high teacher qualifications and experienced school leadership. The school opened in 2016 and has 22 classes and approximately 560 students. The school is located in a fantastic environment with proximity to Ribersborg Beach, which with its unique nature of sea and large green areas provides opportunities for varied learning environments.
