Bagartorp Youth Café is located in Bagartorp in Solna and operates as an open venue and meeting place primarily for young people aged 16-19 (upper secondary school age). We are in the process of developing the activities to be more activity-oriented. Your special skills in, for example, sports, art, etc. can become an important part of that development. As a recreational leader in an open venue, your working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends. You will create activities in collaboration with young people. You will also collaborate with other actors, such as other recreational facilities in Solna, associations, and organizations. You have the ability to see potential in all young people and believe in their development. You will also manage café operations. Daily moving of furniture is part of the work. Working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings, Thursdays and Fridays 17:00-22:00 and 17:00-23:00, plus one additional work shift. Who Are We Looking For? You have experience working with young people You have experience leading young people in various activities You are a swimmer We consider it a merit if you are trained as a recreational leader or have another pedagogical education relevant to the position. As a person, you have an easy time building good relationships with young people. You are creative, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals. We are looking for someone who is driven, has a norm-critical approach, and functions as a safe role model for young people. You are goal-oriented, structured, and have the ability to implement activities in close collaboration with young people. More Information About the Application This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, with start date by agreement.
