Your role The assignment involves, from a promoting perspective, utilizing visitors' resources and offering opportunities for our children and young people to realize their ideas. The unit's mission is to develop work that both increases youth participation and youth-produced activity offerings. KEKS curriculum is a support in this work. Young people's own projects, competencies, and interests are at the center. A large part of the activities take place outdoors year-round. All activities have a strong focus on movement, sports, and health. Your most common work tasks consist of: Plan and implement activities in the area of violence prevention MVP recreation Plan and implement school holiday activities and various events Administrative work, planning, collaboration, and outreach activities Participate in play and activities with children when operations are open Spread information about open recreation activities, guide new children to participate in the operations content, and work in outreach collaboration with partner schools. Your competence and experience For this position, you must have: Education as a recreation leader or recreation pedagogue/teacher in recreation programs equivalent to two years of studies, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with children and young people Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing We see the following as meriting consideration: Experience with documentation in KEKS Experience working at an open meeting place We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in children and young people's recreation and who is driven to strengthen children and young people in their development through informal learning. You are initiative-taking and have the ability to be flexible in your role without fear of making mistakes, for example through play during activities. You are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
