For many, the youth club and recreation center are a natural part of their everyday life – a place where they are seen, get to try new things, and meet safe adults. Now we are looking for a recreation leader with partnership responsibility who wants to help us develop our activities together with us. About the position We are looking for an experienced employee who wants to combine close work with children and young people with a special responsibility for local partnerships and the development of our activities. You will work closely with children and young people every day, while also taking special responsibility for developing our activities' partnerships with schools, guardians, SSPF, and other actors in Gottsunda. We are looking for someone who wants to build long-term relationships. Many of our participants start at the youth club as early as fourth grade and continue to be part of the activities well into their teenage years. Therefore, we are looking for an adult who wants to be a stable and positive force for many years. Your responsibilities As a recreation leader with partnership responsibility, you will, among other things: be a safe and present adult in the youth club and recreation center plan and carry out activities together with children and young people plan and carry out workshops, camps, overnight trips, trips, and other projects build long-term relationships with children, young people, and guardians partner with schools and other local actors represent the activities in two SSPF networks contribute to developing the activities together with the unit manager and colleagues Who are you? We believe that you have experience working with children and young people and that you enjoy creating relationships built on trust. You may be trained as a recreation leader, social worker, teacher, field worker, or have other education and experience that we consider equivalent. We would like to see that you have several years of experience in similar work. It is a merit if you have experience with: local partnerships between different activities SSPF or similar partnership forms working in Gottsunda or good knowledge of the area planning and carrying out larger activities or projects We work together We do not believe that one person should know everything. Probationary employment for six months. Start in January 2027 or by agreement. The work includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
