Plan and implement educational activities that develop children's social and emotional skills. Build good relationships with both students and guardians, where open communication is a central part of the collaboration. Work together with colleagues to create a unified educational environment that supports children's development and learning. Act as a role model and leader, where you inspire children to take responsibility and be engaged in their own daily lives. Have a holistic view of children's well-being and development and adapt activities according to their unique needs and interests.
