Description As an Afterschool Program Leader in Haninge, you'll play a crucial role in our overarching mission to create a safe and stimulating environment for children. Areas of Responsibility Ensure you create a safe and stimulating environment for the children in the afterschool program, where every individual feels seen and heard. Plan and implement educational activities that develop children's social and emotional skills. Build good relationships with both students and guardians, where open communication is a central part of the collaboration. Work together with colleagues to create a unified educational environment that supports children's development and learning. Act as a role model and leader, where you inspire children to take responsibility and be engaged in their own daily lives. Have a holistic view of children's well-being and development and adapt activities according to their unique needs and interests.
