Hairstylist & Salon Manager Wanted – KH8 Kungsholmen
We're looking for a driven hairstylist who wants to take a key role in our salon – both in providing services and in developing our presence and growth.
The Role
This is an active and varied position where you work as a hairstylist while also being responsible for the salon's visibility and marketing.
Work Arrangement
Approximately 15 working days per month (every other day)
Working hours: 08:00–20:00
Weekend work occurs according to schedule
Key Part of the Role
A large part of the work involves creating growth in the salon.
This means you will:
Work with social media (Instagram/TikTok)
Create content from the salon (photos, videos, before/after)
Help attract new customers
Allocate approximately 1–2 hours per working day for marketing and content creation
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience in or interest in the hairstyling profession (training is a merit but not required)
Is driven, self-motivated, and takes initiative
Has a feel for social media and brand building
Wants to be part of building something long-term
Is curious, creative, and wants to develop
