You are motivated by new challenges and committed to contributing to the salon's success. Job Responsibilities: You will work in our salon in Vårberg. Job duties include cutting, hair styling, advanced bridal updos, bridal makeup, groom styling, basic beauty treatments, customer consultation, and product sales. You will also plan and perform hair and makeup treatments for Ethiopian weddings and other cultural events. We are looking for someone who is engaged and enthusiastic and wants to work with us in our fantastic team in Vårberg. We want to be able to offer our clients the very best. We would appreciate if you are organized, service-oriented, and have strong communication skills. Your qualifications and background: Good knowledge of Swedish or English. Knowledge of Amharic and/or Tigrinya is a merit since a large portion of customer contact is with Amharic or Tigrinya-speaking clients. At least two years of documented professional experience as a hairstylist. Completed hairstyling education and professional certification in the hairstyling profession or other documented education and qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. Perform high-quality haircuts. Perform advanced bridal updos, hair styling, and bridal makeup. Provide professional customer service and consultation, and work with product sales. Have documented experience with hair styling and makeup tailored to Ethiopian weddings and other cultural events. Be able to work daytime, evening, and Saturday and Sunday shifts according to work schedule.
