As a project manager and subcontractor with us, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise within a critical sector of society while establishing and developing valuable relationships. In your intended assignments, your project portfolio will include infrastructure projects with a clear focus on schedule, budget, quality, and safety. The work involves considerable variation and flexibility, where tasks can be performed remotely, in the office, or in the field.
To succeed in the role, you must be constructive, results-oriented, and have a pronounced ability to collaborate. You take overall responsibility for the project's execution from initiation to closure, and ensure a well-balanced equilibrium between schedule, quality, and cost through careful planning and structure. Your communication skills are critical for engaging and informing all stakeholders, which contributes to an inclusive and collaboration-focused work environment.
Furthermore, you are expected to build and maintain an extensive network of contacts, where you serve as the central link between contractors, specialists, and other parties. You are responsible for the project's progress and results and transition seamlessly between independent work and team collaboration. Your project portfolio includes projects worth up to tens of millions of kronor, which provides stimulating variation in your work tasks.
Formal Requirements:
· Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
· Documented experience in project management within, for example, electrical power, construction, or civil engineering.
· Strong knowledge of construction law and AMA/EBR.
· Excellent ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
· Possession of a Class B driver's license is required.
