We are divided into three operations – the Archipelago Team, Husby Backe, and the night patrol. In the Archipelago Team, you work in a nature-filled environment with great variety. One day you drive along country roads and through forest environments, the next day you work near water and the archipelago. Here you get to experience a unique work environment while making a difference in people's daily lives. At Husby Backe, you work close to both community and nature. Here you build relationships and meet people in their own homes, where each day offers meaningful encounters and varying tasks. As an employee in the night patrol, you work together with colleagues and are responsible for nighttime services within the entire home care in Söderköping. The work involves great variety, independence, and close collaboration where you together create security for our users around the clock. The operation is developing and expanding, which means you have the opportunity to help shape the future of home care together with experienced colleagues and an engaged manager. Job Description Working in our East operation means an independent and responsible assignment. The work is performed both individually and together with colleagues. You follow established planning but are expected to be able to work independently and make decisions within the scope of your assignment when unforeseen situations arise, with support from colleagues and support functions via phone when needed. Your tasks are varied and consist of both care services, service tasks, and social support, always with the individual's needs and quality of life in focus. Documentation is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation in the Lifecare management system, and the position requires delegation. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and every other weekend. When working in the Archipelago Team, lunch is often taken out in the outer areas, which means the lunch break may occur at places other than the office. The night patrol is responsible for services to home care clients throughout Söderköping Municipality. Working hours for night shifts are scheduled between 21:45 and 07:00. During night work, a manager on call is available for support when needed. Qualifications We would like you to have good communication skills, be responsible, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Above all, we are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and want to make a difference in their daily lives. We are looking for you who: - are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent education - enjoy working independently and in a structured manner - have good ability to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility - are calm, solution-focused, and composed in stressful situations Requirements for the position are: - good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - experience with digital documentation and mobile phones in work - B-class driver's license (required) The work requires that you: - safely can drive a car year-round and in varying road conditions - have the ability to handle unforeseen situations on your own - are comfortable making decisions within the scope of your assignment You have a professional and respectful demeanor toward customers, relatives, and colleagues, and actively contribute to a good work environment and team spirit.
