We offer educational and varied work with telephone advice, triage, acute patient care, scheduled clinic visits, and team rounds. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and can choose to educate and deepen your knowledge in various areas such as diabetes, asthma, and wound care. We have gathered all primary care professions under one roof, which promotes team collaboration and encourages knowledge exchange. With us, you work daytime Monday–Friday with the opportunity to influence your own schedule. Our operations run between 07:30–17:00 on all weekdays, and we are around 70 employees who together care for approximately 12,500 registered patients. We are now seeking additional district nurses/registered nurses as two of our employees will be pursuing further studies. Job Responsibilities The duties include independent work with your own clinic for outpatient patients, counseling, medication administration, and more. We have good collegial support within our work group and strive for close collaboration with other professions at the health center. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained district nurse or a licensed registered nurse. Additional qualifications in asthma/COPD and diabetes are advantageous. You feel confident in your professional role, take responsibility for your own work and the operations' mission, and can independently prioritize based on the organization's needs. You have a talent for creating good interactions with both patients and colleagues. You work from a solution-oriented approach and contribute to the organization's development in your daily work.
