We are now seeking a licensed occupational therapist who wants to be part of our growing team. With us, you'll have a flexible and independent role focused on home healthcare.
About the Role
You will work with varied and stimulating assignments in home healthcare. The assignments are ongoing, which provides continuity for you, the client, and the patient.
The role includes assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation based on each individual's needs, in different types of assignments and contexts. You plan your own work days, schedule your patient visits, and are responsible for your own structure.
Responsibilities
Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients
Rehabilitative interventions in home healthcare
End-to-end responsibility for the patient process – from initial contact to follow-up
Collaboration with other professionals such as physical therapists and nurses
Documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines
Actively contribute to the development of operations and work methods
We are looking for you if you:
Are a licensed occupational therapist
Hold a valid driver's license (B-kategori)
Enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
Have strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have a professional and patient-focused approach
It is a plus if you have experience in home healthcare, preferably in municipal or primary care settings, and experience with teamwork.
