Your Assignment As an HR partner, you will be part of the Operations Support department. The department is responsible for finance, procurement, facilities management, services, HR, information management, and security protection. You will be part of the HR office, which includes several functions that together handle all of the agency's personnel-related matters. In your role as Senior HR Partner, you will primarily provide daily support to the organization's managers across the entire HR field. You will also work with more complex matters such as rehabilitation/adjustment, employment law/agreements, and negotiations. Another part of the role is more strategic, where you and your colleagues will take the initiative to streamline, implement, and drive decided HR processes at different management levels in the organization, such as salary reviews and systematic occupational health and safety work. The HR office is undergoing a transformation process, which means that all HR roles are being developed to best meet the organization's various needs. In your role as Senior HR Partner, there may therefore be an opportunity to deepen or develop your expertise in new areas. FRA has strong confidentiality requirements, and it is important that you are comfortable handling this. Travel on duty may occur. Your Qualifications We are looking for you to have: • A university degree in Personnel/HR Administration or equivalent education. • Work experience in a role as HR Partner or equivalent role for an employer, for at least 5 years. • Work experience in government HR. • Work experience independently supporting managers in rehabilitation/adjustment, employment law, salary review work, and systematic occupational health and safety work. • Experience conducting training within the HR field. • Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. We consider it advantageous if you have experience or knowledge in: • Management experience and/or experience working in a management group (having been part of a management group).
