You work independently with qualified legal tasks and varying cases, while you have good opportunities for collaboration and development. Main responsibilities
As a presenting lawyer you will, among other things
conduct legal investigations and analyze legal issues
prepare cases
take positions on practical and procedural matters
present cases for decisions
keep notes during oral hearings
write proposals for judgments and decisions
maintain contact with parties and representatives in the cases.

About you
In the role of presenting lawyer, you are analytical and thorough - it is important to you to deliver work of high quality. You take initiative and drive matters forward in a structured way. You have high work capacity and perform your work in a structured and thorough manner. In situations with high workload, you are calm and stable and have the ability to prioritize and focus on the right things. To succeed in the role, you must be flexible and quickly adapt to new circumstances since the cases you work with can be very varied and sometimes require quick handling.
For you it is self-evident to collaborate, but you also have a very good ability to work independently.
Requirements
Have Swedish citizenship.
Have a Swedish legal degree/Juris Kandidat degree or other education that the employer deems relevant for the administrative court's areas of law.
Have very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish.
Have very good legal methodology.
Meritorious
Are notary meritorious.
Have worked as a presenting lawyer at an administrative court with good references.
Have experience with qualified legal work from one of the administrative court's case areas, primarily from social security law or tax law.
Have experience with qualified legal work at a public authority.
Have good computer skills.

Other information
The employment concerns one or more permanent positions that can be initiated with a six-month probationary period. Start date is October 1 or by agreement.
