Company Description Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions is a business unit with approximately 700 employees within Business Area (BA) Vattenfall Generation that provides training for personnel in Swedish nuclear power, delivers nuclear fuel to Vattenfall's nuclear power plants, develops and executes projects and assignments, and provides internal technical specialist services for all of Vattenfall's operations, corporate staff, and stakeholders. This includes activities such as development and provision of training programs, project management and project support, analysis leadership and investigations, product development, and nuclear technical safety and dam safety assignments. The focus within Vattenfall Power Solutions is to develop our capabilities in project management and selected key technical disciplines. About the Role In your role as Administration Manager, you will hold a central position where you influence the development of business-critical systems and working methods in a complex and mission-critical environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing systems and processes, with the goal of creating long-term sustainable and efficient solutions for the business. The role involves close collaboration with both operations, IT, and external suppliers, where you function as a key person in creating understanding and consensus among different stakeholders. You work at the interface between operations and IT and have an important task in translating business needs into concrete requirements for systems, functionality, and deliverables. The role is both operational and strategic – you handle day-to-day management while driving development and improvement work over time. You operate in an environment with high demands on structure, quality, and compliance, which requires a systematic approach and good understanding of work in regulated operations. You are employed within Vattenfall Power Solutions and work on behalf of Vattenfall Fleet within Business Area Generation, which means you work close to core operations and collaborate with several different parts of the organization. Your Responsibilities You will have a varied role with many contact points and significant scope to influence. You will, among other things: Develop and further advance working methods, plans, and roadmaps for process and IT development Capture business needs and translate them into concrete improvements Drive development and change initiatives together with others Ensure that processes and IT support actually deliver value and support business objectives Be an important link between operations, IT, and external suppliers Contribute to communication and training related to changes Follow up on results and ensure that efforts deliver impact over time Drive change initiatives Requirements Specification Your Profile We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and collaboration.
