About You We are looking for someone with relevant university or college education, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have very good technical competence and are accustomed to working digitally. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have a B-class driver's license. You have experience in assignment and/or project management as well as experience in system administration. It is meritorious if you have worked with healthcare systems and have knowledge of ITIL and pm3. We place great importance on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you are communicative and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive processes forward. You are quality-conscious, work in a structured manner, and focus on delivering results of high quality. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. Your Responsibilities Since November 2024, Region Norrbotten has had a new healthcare information system, Cosmic. The main responsibilities involve digital healthcare services for healthcare personnel and residents, as well as Cosmic and related systems and components. You can expect a varied and developmental role where tasks change over time. As a system specialist, you are part of Team Teknik Vård, which works according to an agile methodology with sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and planning and follow-up of the team's work. You also contribute to developing processes and work methods related to assignments and technology. Within Team Teknik Vård, common work includes leading assignments and problem investigations where employees with different competencies participate and technology is in focus, as well as acting as technical sub-project manager in the healthcare operations' larger projects. As an IT administration manager, you are part of the Digital Healthcare management object with responsibility for managing digital healthcare services for residents and staff. Within the management object, work follows the pm3 management model with a management plan and follow-up, as well as quarterly planning. You also contribute to developing the use of digital healthcare services as well as processes and work methods within the management object. A large part of the work for both roles involves collaboration, both internally within the Digitalization Department and with healthcare operations, as well as externally with suppliers and other partners. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
