JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want a broad finance role where you work close to decision-making and have great opportunity to influence? You will be a close partner to the administrative director and managers in operations. Here you get to combine analysis, financial management, and development in a role where your decisions and recommendations make a real difference. We are now seeking an experienced administrative economist/controller who wants to take overall responsibility for finances within the social services administration while also helping develop how we work with financial management. As an administrative economist/controller, you will be an important person in this change journey. You will: • Manage budget, forecast, financial statements, and follow-up • Develop analyses and decision-making materials • Support and challenge managers on financial matters • Identify improvement opportunities and drive development We believe you are • Analytical, structured, and curious. • You like understanding what lies behind the numbers and see the connections between finance, operations, and goals. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you • You have an academic degree in economics and several years of experience in qualified finance work. You are experienced with budget, forecast, financial statements, and follow-up and thrive close to operations and managers. • As a person, you are analytical, confident, humble, and solution-oriented. You can make finance understandable, see the whole picture, and dare to challenge when needed. • Several years of experience in qualified finance work as an administrative economist/controller. • Experience with financial management within a labor-intensive operation, such as healthcare and elderly care Do you want a role where your expertise really makes a difference?
