Property Management Director for Fastighetsförbättring

About the Role As Property Management Director, you have overall responsibility for our management assignments and serve as a strategic partner to both customers and the internal organization. You ensure that our assignments are delivered with high quality, that we develop strong and long-term customer relationships, and that we continue to grow through new business. The role is broad and varied with three main focus areas. You are Fastighetsförbättring's primary contact person with property owners and clients, responsible for building trusting relationships and ensuring our deliverables meet customer expectations. In parallel, you actively work with business development by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential customers, preparing quotes, and establishing management agreements. You also have overall responsibility for management operations where you drive the development of routines, quality assurance, and monitoring of suppliers and partners. The role also includes personnel responsibility for the management team and a natural place in the company's management group. About You We're looking for someone with strong business drive who enjoys building long-term relationships. You have the ability to understand customer needs, see business opportunities, and translate them into concrete solutions that create value for both parties. You are someone who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner, and thrives having many contact points. At the same time, you're unpretentious and appreciate working in a smaller organization where collaboration and shared responsibility are natural parts of everyday life. You don't need to be a specialist in all areas as long as you have interest in them. For us, the combination of business understanding, customer focus, and interest in the real estate industry is most important.
