As Administrative Director of the Technical Department, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and monitoring the municipality's technical operations. Your main responsibilities: - Lead and develop the technical department's operations. - Manage operations, finances, personnel, and working environment. - Drive strategic business development, investments, and change initiatives. - Collaborate closely with politicians, the municipal director, colleagues, and external partners. - Ensure sustainable, efficient, and high-quality public services. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - Relevant academic education or equivalent competence. - Several years of experience in qualified leadership with responsibility for operations, finances, and personnel. - Experience from politically governed organizations and technical operations. You may also come from the construction and contracting industry. - Strong knowledge of finances, budgeting, and public administration. We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership and has the ability to create structure and engagement. You are communicative, analytical, and comfortable working both strategically and operationally in a complex environment.
