We are now seeking a Property Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the Mid/South Segment & Norway and contribute to customer satisfaction, sustainable development, and strong results. The segment covers our property portfolio in Jönköping, Gothenburg, Trollhättan, Norrköping, Örebro, Karlstad, and Norway. About the Role As a Property Manager, you will have broad and independent responsibility for operating net income, finances, and development of your property portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, combining strategic thinking with operational execution. With customer satisfaction as a clear starting point, you will drive improvements, optimize revenue and costs, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibility for operating net income, budget, and financial follow-up Managing leasing, lease negotiations, and contract execution for premises Procuring and following up with suppliers and contractors Driving minor renovations and installation projects Ensuring internal controls and property management compliance Monitoring customer satisfaction (NKI/reviews) and initiating improvement measures Contributing to energy optimization and property development Placement and Employment Form Your workplace will be our office in Jönköping. The role involves travel, primarily to the properties you manage, which gives you the opportunity to work closely with the portfolio and operations at multiple locations. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by mutual agreement.
