Ängelholms lokaler is Skåne's largest municipal property company, wholly owned by Ängelholms kommun. With a heart that beats for public benefit and sustainability, we manage over 230,000 m² of public premises ranging from preschools to special care facilities. Our project portfolio includes an additional 50,000 m² to be developed through 2027.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities
• Responsibility for professionally managing and developing the company's properties from a sustainable and long-term perspective
• Budget and profit responsibility for your area's properties
• Provide service and maintain contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Ensure that the premises meet set requirements for safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that authority inspections are carried out
• Continuously assess the condition of properties based on planned maintenance needs
• Present long-term maintenance plans with measures and budgets
• Responsible for early stages/preliminary studies in maintenance projects
• Be a project manager for approved maintenance work, investment projects, and participate in new construction, renovations, and extensions
• Contract and invoice follow-up
• Participate in the preparation of lease agreements
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who want varied work and have the ability to prioritize. We see that you have a couple of years of experience in property management from both technical and financial and legal perspectives, as well as experience in managing smaller projects.
To succeed in the role of property manager, you need to be structured and driven, with a strong ability to create and maintain good relationships both internally and externally, and maintain high levels of customer service. You have analytical skills and find it easy to communicate as well as see solutions and opportunities. You see the long-term importance of things and are confident in your professional role and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have a positive attitude and like to take your own initiative as well as develop yourself and the business. We place great emphasis on your personality and potential.
We are looking for you who have academic education or have equivalent knowledge through professional experience in property management. It is important that you can express yourself in speech and writing and that you are accustomed to working with digital tools.
Since the work involves traveling during work hours, a B driver's license is required.
