About the role As a property manager with us, you are in the driver's seat with overall responsibility for the properties in your portfolio. You are ultimately responsible for finances, customers, leasing, operations, and projects. You own and manage all daily property management matters and are the face of the company to our tenants. Taking initiative and coming up with improvement suggestions for how we can improve key metrics without compromising tenant satisfaction is a central part of the assignment. You work closely with tenants and have a natural daily presence in the properties. Your base will be our office in Malmö, but your arena is the properties in your portfolio. What do you get?
