Trollåsen is a preschool with capacity for 36 children located in Fåker. Fåker is approximately 35 kilometers outside Östersund. Your New Job We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher for a 1.5-year substitute position. You will be part of a team where you together plan and are responsible for children's education and development. We proceed from the understanding that all children can and want to learn, and that they are in an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their competence. You are expected to develop trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Typical Work Tasks Plan and carry out activities based on the curriculum. Develop pedagogical content that inspires development and learning, while stimulating and challenging children's interest, curiosity, and attention. Offer each child secure care and promote all children's development and learning. Create learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests, so that all children can develop according to their abilities and conditions. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for planning, teaching, documenting, and evaluating the program's content. Your Qualifications Qualified and certified preschool teacher You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can implement them in daily work. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in preschool. Valid driver's license We're Looking for You! You have a good understanding of human differences and approach them in a responsive and flexible manner in teaching and the preschool's daily life. You build good relationships and collaborate well with the contacts that occur in your professional role.
