Our Operations Preschool Calle Flygares väg is a well-functioning preschool centrally located on Ingarö near Brunns centrum with good communications. The preschool is a municipal preschool with newly renovated facilities and a large, beautiful outdoor area that provides children with motor challenges and is well-suited for both gardening, play and learning. The preschool has engaged, educated educators, wonderful children as well as engaged parents/guardians and is located close to beautiful natural areas. We work based on applicable governing documents, Lpfö 18 revised 25 Your Assignment We are now seeking an experienced preschool teacher/team leader for a small team. In your role as a preschool teacher with us, you should want to work with children of all ages. You are responsible for ensuring that teaching occurs in accordance with the curriculum's learning objectives. We work project-oriented with pedagogical documentation and you lead the systematic quality work at both the department and unit level and ensure that the entire team participates in the work. To support the systematic quality work at the department level, we have a well-functioning tool. You will be part of the preschool's development group and are expected to contribute to both pedagogical and other teaching-related development within education. Your Experience We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher, preferably with experience. We place great emphasis on social competencies and personal suitability.
