The preschool consists of 6 departments, three for younger children and three for older children. We view our outdoor environment and local surroundings as an important asset for children's learning and exploration. Our activities are characterized by co-creation, creativity, and joyful learning. We work with a process and project-oriented approach where value-based questions and different forms of expression are combined with the curriculum's various goal areas. The preschool's prioritized areas are Language and Communication as well as Health and Well-being. Through various aesthetic forms of expression, children have the opportunity to explore different content. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a preschool teacher, you play a crucial role in children's development and well-being. You will have a multifaceted role and work closely with childcare assistants and other staff at the preschool to create a safe, stimulating, and accessible education for the children. Your main work tasks include: • ensuring that goal-oriented processes take place and, together with childcare assistants, conduct teaching where children's participation and influence are central • ensuring that teaching at the preschool is conducted in accordance with the goals in the curriculum • planning, implementing, and developing teaching together in the work team and for the entire preschool • ensuring that the preschool's learning environments offer variety where children can further develop their abilities in an accessible learning environment for care, play, movement, health, development, and learning You work to create safe and trusting relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is educated and licensed as a preschool teacher with authorization to teach in preschool and who has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have professional experience from working in preschool as well as if you have knowledge of one of our minority languages or another language. As a person, you need to be structured and able to plan, organize, and complete your work. To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to meet different children's needs, create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, and value collaboration and strive for shared success. Also important is your creative ability to think in new ways when needed. If you become a candidate for the position, you will need to provide a valid criminal record certificate.
