Come and become part of our team! 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you a pedagogical preschool teacher who wants to contribute to children's learning and development? We are looking for you—an engaged, positive, and driven preschool teacher who is passionate about your mission and pedagogical development work. Your job responsibilities include: • working together with your team colleagues to have main responsibility for education at the preschool • planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and evaluating activities according to established goals and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • a degree from a preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with authorization to teach in preschool and preschool class, or ongoing studies in the preschool teacher program with degree by January 27 • knowledge of and experience working with digital tools • strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. It is also an asset if you have experience with children with special needs as well as with AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), sign language as alternative and augmentative communication, and theme-based work. To succeed in this role: • you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve results in the best way possible • you inspire confidence, build trust, and have the ability to create a sense of calm and stability • you have a humble approach in your collaboration with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders • you are organized and plan your work well.
