Spjutsbygds Preschool works in projects inspired by Reggio Emilia's pedagogical philosophy with the child in focus and with exploration based on children's participation, interests, and curiosity. We have a large outdoor play area divided into several smaller spaces with the forest just outside the gate. We will be participating in a ULF project (Development, Learning and Research) together with Linnaeus University in autumn 2026 regarding playful responsive teaching.

You plan, implement, and develop teaching based on the curriculum but also with children's curiosity, ideas, and joy of discovery in focus. We work thematically and project-based, where children's interests drive the work forward. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
are a certified preschool teacher
have experience working in preschool
have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum
have clear pedagogical leadership

Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-10.
Working hours: Daytime.
