About the Facility Sörgårdens Preschool in Hyltebruk is a preschool with six departments, located in a wonderful nature-close environment that inspires play, exploration and learning. We work from a shared vision of creating a safe, joyful and developmental environment where each child has the opportunity to grow based on their own conditions. We are now looking for a substitute preschool teacher who wants to be part of developing the activities and contribute to an inspiring and creative learning environment. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher at Sörgårdens Preschool, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up and developing teaching in accordance with the preschool's governing documents. The work takes place in close cooperation with colleagues and pedagogical development work is conducted jointly within the work team during scheduled planning time. You actively contribute to creating safety, joy and motivation in the children and give them the tools they need to meet future challenges. Together with other staff, you work to develop the activities and adapt teaching based on children's individual needs and conditions. You become an important part in creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment where children's participation, curiosity and desire to learn are central. Qualifications We are looking for you as an engaged and responsible preschool teacher with a genuine interest in children's learning and development. You work well in collaboration with both children, parents and colleagues and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You are flexible, initiative-taking and have good communication skills. We value that you share your experiences and knowledge while being open to learning from others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
