Job Responsibilities We are now looking for two preschool teachers at Sjupundsgatan 33 in Högsbo. The preschool has close collaboration with the University of Gothenburg aimed at developing and strengthening the quality of education. Together we explore how research and practice can meet in everyday life, and how we follow up and develop quality over time. A few times per term the work team meets with an adjunct from the university in connection with our team meetings; in addition, the preschool teachers also meet the adjunct 1 time per month. Then we delve deeper into pedagogical questions and reflect on our practice. As a preschool teacher with us, you have an important and driving role in this work and help develop the operation together with colleagues in collaboration with the university. You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in an engaged work team. Together you plan, carry out, document, and follow up education based on the preschool's curriculum.
