Job Responsibilities Our preschool Kunskapsgatan 3A is located on Lindholmen in Lundby with a view over the harbor. Feel free to read more on our website: Kunskapsgatan 3 förskola Qualifications We are looking for you who: - are a certified preschool teacher - have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - have good knowledge in using digital tools in your work You take responsibility for both your own and your team's tasks with a holistic perspective and contribute to good collaboration. You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also attentive in your interactions and show respect and care for others. You understand that children have different conditions and learn in different ways. Based on that, you create a safe and developmental environment where each child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace. It is an asset if you have experience with language and knowledge development work methods (SOKA) and project-based work methods. Experience working actively with pedagogical documentation is also an asset. We also view positively your having completed further training in pedagogical leadership and/or having experience leading other adults, as this strengthens our collaborative development work.
