WORK TASKS The role of preschool teacher involves leading instruction and pedagogical work based on the curriculum. The work is based on children's interests and curiosity and translates this into goal-oriented processes where learning is in focus. Pedagogical documentation and reflection are a natural part of everyday work to ensure quality. You adapt activities to their different needs and build close relationships with both children and guardians. The position requires: • Preschool teacher certification • Good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents • Good skills in Swedish language, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have knowledge in pedagogical documentation and digital tools.
