The administration also oversees the Culture School, food services, and student well-being. Together, we focus on constantly improving our operations. Kristallkulan Preschool is a preschool consisting of 7 units, a restaurant, and a sports hall that reopened in 2011 after renovation. Kristallkulan has developing learning environments with units that all look different, an extensive outdoor environment with three different playgrounds and a forest area. The preschool has five units for 1-4 year olds and two units for 5 year olds. The preschool is led by a principal who has an employed preschool coordinator. The coordinator assists with day-to-day matters, training, and scheduling. The preschool systematically documents projects and development conversations in digital systems and there is an organization for collegial collaboration. The preschool develops children's language, creates teaching in everyday situations, and treats one another in a fine way. With that said, we want to welcome you to our team! Don't you also want one of the world's most important jobs? 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are looking for you who want to work as a preschool teacher with us! At Kristallkulan Preschool, we work with children aged 1-5 years. You are expected to be positive and have a holistic perspective. Together, we find solutions to become strong together. Our preschool has high competence and you will have colleagues who strive to develop the operations together with you. Together, teaching is created in the child group, with both individual and joint planning time. You should be prepared to work during the preschool's opening hours, 06:00-18:30. You will work according to the preschool's Curriculum and work to achieve increased goal fulfillment in an engaged and positive manner. You will use digital tools in systematic quality work, whereby knowledge of digital tools is a requirement. It is important that you can see the whole and needs from this perspective, both regarding the child and the child group, as well as for your workplace's benefit. Your approach to children, guardians, colleagues, and principal is expected to be of high quality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher. You should be flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented. It is important that you follow joint decisions and work for the best of the children in relation to the conditions the operations offer. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period – so do not delay in submitting your application. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Please attach your teaching certification or degree certificate.
