Do you want to work at a preschool where curiosity is our main driving force, where our choices regarding learning environments and materials are of great importance, and where every interaction counts? We are now seeking an engaged and qualified preschool teacher who wants to develop and learn together with us.
Our Philosophy – The Power of Together
Our operations are built on a values-based organization where welcoming, diversity, participation, and sustainability are core concepts. We are strongly inspired by the preschools in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia and work toward a sustainable future through creativity and initiative. With us, preschool is a creative place in constant change – developmental for all children and educators. Great curiosity is the key to everything we do, and we believe in the power of doing things together.
We see ourselves as co-researchers and reflective practitioners who are constantly developing through learning where children, families, and educators collaborate.
About Our Environment, Materials, and Meals
With us, the learning environments and materials are carefully selected to awaken children's curiosity for exploration, creativity, and collaboration. The environment is changeable and is shaped based on children's interests and needs.
Meals are a central part of our pedagogical day. We have our own kitchen that actively works with responsible gastronomy. For us, that means a strong focus on sustainable choices and laying the foundation for a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and mealtime as a social gathering place.
As part of Pysslingen Preschools (and thus AcadeMedia), you help us realize our promise: "A safe and stimulating world full of possibilities."
