Job Responsibilities At our preschool, we recently conducted training based on Petri Partanen's book "Developing Children's Abilities in Preschool." Now we're putting theory into practice through a project-based approach linked to a SKA model. The model helps us reflect on the week's work – were our support measures helpful for the children's development and how do we move forward? We prioritize language and communication as well as interaction with others, and work through projects to make learning fun and meaningful for the children. With Sven Persson's support as our scientific foundation, we create pedagogical relationships where learning happens together. We provide children with social, cognitive, and emotional support in situations where it's needed. You'll lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in a dedicated team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on education based on the preschool curriculum. We believe in a working approach where collaboration, responsibility, and clear communication are a natural part of everyday life. You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You're also responsive in your approach and show respect and consideration for others. You understand that children have different conditions and learn in different ways. Experience with project-based work methods, SKA models, or pedagogical documentation is advantageous.
