The preschool has several natural outdoor areas as well as forest and nature close by. From the preschool it is within walking distance to Rödebyskolan, which among other things has a large library. The preschool consists of four sections: Kullerbyttan and Hoppet for 1-3-year-olds, Bollen for 3-4-year-olds, and Kojan for 4-5-year-olds. Our learning environments both indoors and outdoors are adapted to stimulate and challenge children in their learning and play. 1 position(s). DUTIES We are looking for a committed and responsible preschool teacher for our preschool. As a preschool teacher with us, you will play a central role in creating a stimulating and safe environment for our children, where their development, learning, and well-being are in focus. You are expected to plan, implement, and evaluate instruction and pedagogical activities that support children's development and learning, based on the preschool curriculum. We see that you have the ability to: Create a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels respected and valued. Work closely with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment and a good workplace culture. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and well-being. Document and follow up on children's individual development and needs. Take responsibility for pedagogical development work regarding instruction, planning, and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS You are trained and licensed as a preschool teacher and have a good understanding of the preschool curriculum. We are looking for you to take responsibility and work independently to develop the preschool's activities, instruction, and programs. We are looking for someone who is skilled at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. We are looking for you to be communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback.
