The Children and Youth Administration is responsible for preschools, after-school care, primary school, and adapted primary school grades F-9. In total, we are approximately 1100 people working to provide quality operations for our children and students today and prepare them for the future. As staff in our administration, you create with us the conditions for children and students' desire to learn and opportunity to succeed.
Ingared Preschool is beautifully located in a scenic natural environment. The preschool is located in Ingared, approximately 15 kilometers south of Alingsås. With us, children's development and learning are central, and through good pedagogical education, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning in each child.
The position is a substitute position for the period 2026-09-01 through 2026-12-31.

WORK DUTIES
As a preschool teacher, you have special responsibility for conducting instruction in education and planning, implementing, and analyzing the quality of instruction against established goals and governing documents. You are responsible for documenting each child's development and integrating curriculum goals into a coherent whole in education. Documentation forms the basis of systematic quality work.
The position is at Ingared Preschool, department Grodan, where children between 3-5 years of age are located. You will work in a team consisting of one preschool teacher and one childcare assistant. The focus of the preschool during the coming academic year is social, pedagogical, and physical learning environments, so your contribution to developing these will be important.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications:
• Certified preschool teacher
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

As a person, you are confident in your role and have an easy time collaborating, while also being able to work independently and enjoying taking responsibility. You have a good ability to create and maintain good relationships and a genuine interest and commitment to children, their development, and learning. To succeed in the role, you are flexible and have the ability to think positively even in challenging situations.
