RESPONSIBILITIES Hulta Preschool seeks preschool teachers who are development-oriented and work on a scientific basis. We are looking for you who have good knowledge of current research and want to contribute to sustainable education. You shall have the preschool's values and view of knowledge in focus and together with colleagues you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and developing teaching in accordance with the preschool curriculum. This means that you utilize children's experiences, questions, and initiatives as the starting point for teaching. You work to ensure that children are given real opportunities to participate and have influence in education and contribute to developing a way of working where exploration, communication, and meaning-making are central. You contribute to creating accessible, inclusive, stimulating, and exploratory learning environments that enable children's different ways of expressing themselves and participating in shared learning processes. In teaching, various knowledge areas and perspectives are integrated to create context and deeper understanding. The assignment includes leading and developing teaching, working with pedagogical documentation as a basis for analysis and continued development, and actively contributing to systematic quality work. You collaborate with colleagues and guardians and participate in collaborative learning to strengthen the quality and equity of education. We offer you a preschool with proximity to nature, which provides unique opportunities for children to closely study ecological processes and develop ecological literacy. In our atrium, we actively work with cultivation, plants, and animals to promote understanding of biodiversity and sustainable development. Other pedagogical education that the employer considers equivalent may also be relevant for fixed-term employment. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and mission. You have experience in planning, implementing, following up, and developing teaching and use pedagogical documentation, systematic quality work, and digital tools as natural parts of your work. You create learning environments that stimulate children's development, participation, and learning. As a person, you are responsible, collaboration-oriented, and relationship-building. You collaborate well with children, guardians, and colleagues and actively contribute to the development of activities and collaborative learning. It is meritorious if you have experience with language-promoting approaches and education for sustainable development. An extract from the criminal record must be presented upon employment.
