About the Position We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with solid experience and great commitment to children's development and learning. You will have a central role in planning, implementing, and following up pedagogical activities in accordance with the preschool curriculum (Lpfö 25). The position is a permanent employment Qualifications Preschool Teacher degree with valid license Several years of experience working in preschool Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Good knowledge of preschool regulations and experience with systematic quality work Experience with Montessori pedagogy is a merit, but not required Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, organized, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and see opportunities in everyday situations. You have a professional approach and actively contribute to a good work environment.
